Deliciously Coconut

Ah, coconut, of course!

I will be working on a way-too-cool coconut project. I am so excited to share it with you once it is done. Needless to say, I have been preparing for it over the past week and have two more weeks of prep work to do. Let's just say it will be fun, educational and delicious!

This picture is of a coconut crab. These crabs are popular delicacies on Guam, but are protected by the Department of Agriculture through seasonal, limited crab "hunting." Coconut crabs can break through a coconut....no need for a machete or pick-ax.
