Guam fried rice


OMG, can I tell you how luscious my house smells after making fried rice! It's ya, you guessed it, so delish. I only had one can of spam left....and then i used 1/3 a bag of smoked Polish sausage.

I first had Polish sausage from my friend Nancy who found them in the commissary somewhere in Germany. Imagine how delighted I was to find some at our local Aldi market in Fuquay Varina, NC. Chamorro fried rice is sooooooo extra yummy when you mix spam and Polish sausage as your meat. I also included onions, celery, carrots, corn and eggs.
