It takes 5 five hours to mix the guyuria dough, roll and fry the entire batch. Then, you need three to four hours to coat the cookies and dry the sugar. In the end, it's all worth it...just tuck some away in a doubled freezer bag for a rainy day. All that work in your kitchen...you should savor it!
