EMPANADA

I made empanada just over 10 years ago for the Guam Liberation Celebration in Germany, 1998 and it turned out great! I tried it again to write down the measurements......and I guess I simply forgot.

Mom Q gave me directions those many years ago.....and, her food is just sooooo good it is really hard to beat....but I can try anyways :-).

So, in my attempt this year, I tried something like this, or that.....ugh, not like mom's! Of course, I went back to her and asked her advice, and I will work on empanada soon......it's just so fried....that's my health-nut brain talking!

I believe I have tested the 20 recipes I will put in Remember Guam.....I will have to double check.
