I tried to make pantosta the first week of December......I messed up the process big time!!
I had a great recipe to start with (Mom Q), but I should have asked for exact directions!! Needless to say, the dough proofed and baked nicely, but I had the heat too high and pretty much it was downhill from there. Not to mention that I was in-between sessions and had to get back to work.
So, I will attempt again and do it properly!! OMG, when done right, I love this pantosta because it can fit in my coffee mug and is soooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious with Country Crock butter!!!! Mmmmm, there is a reason I don't cook Chamorro food often.....otherwise,.....well, I'll leave it at that.
BY THE WAY, Remember Guam is almost done!! By the end of January, I will start recording the recipes onto video!!! I am so EXCITED!!
