Yuuuuuuumy!! I tested this recipe out for a recipe competition, and if you LOVE BONELOS, you will love this one. We don't grow peach on Guam, but I came across a recipe in an old Chamorro cookbook. I didn't follow the recipe.....I have long since decided that recipes from this particular book just don't work.
What I did do however, was take my experience from making bonelos aga and bonelos kalamasa, and walla....it sure did come out soooooo delicious!!!! Mmmmmm, this may just be the recipe to send out in my first newsletter, as Summer is soon to come. It will not appear in Remember Guam. I believe I just may save it for A TASTE OF GUAM, 2nd Edition.
