I made doughnuts yesterday morning........mmm, yummy! I like them the next day......cold or heated in the microwave. This gives the illusion of less grease! Here's the video with recipe.
It is so great to know that I now have a terrific recipe for bonelos yeast! It's one of those things that I am pleased to see on a fiesta table. I may or may not grab one (as I typically go for the latiya or custard pie), but I instantly have flashbacks to childhood years on Guam!
