Take me home....all the way home. I made empanada over the weekend and it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yummmmmy! Goodness, I LOVE GUAM FOOD!
I used my thickened chalakiles soup (made with toasted, ground, "Calrose" rice). It had bacon in it. I used Mom Q's crust recipes, made it a tad thicker and larger........oh man, it was heaven on earth. I can't wait to share this one with you!
