EMPANADA

Ah, I am surfing the web, doing research. I do a search on empanada...there are a lot of entries that come up......however, the Chamorro version does not appear on the first page.

    Hafa Adai Lou! Do you really want some bonelos dago?? It might be cheaper to make it! My REMEMBER GUAM book w/ on-line video offers the exact recipe and an up-close viewing of how to make bonelos dago. If you have an oriental store near you, they probably carry Japanese yam, a good version of dago. Let me know! paula pquinene@paulaq.com.
