Siopao

A week ago another facebook fan, R.Q., shared her pictures of the siopao she made using my recipe in A TASTE OF GUAM. Hers looked fabulous and she even twisted the tops of the siopao to make a design! She posted kudos as well for the other dishes she has made...all loved by her family.

Well, this was the whole point of sharing my recipes...so they will live on forever in the friends and families of the Chamorro people.
