Deliciously Coconut Video Series

OMG, my feet are so tired....yet I am quite rested from a full day of video production.....after a whole day of preparing for my coconut video project.

As part of my freelance position with Demand Media, I am in their Talent & Expert Network. I put together a project which included 10 separate videos........all about coconut.

We were able to complete 8 out of the 10 videos yesterday........camera and lighting issues offered up some delay........but all was good. My preparedness paved way for a seamless day of work! Hopefully we can shoot the last 2 videos today......depending on whether or not the videos download properly. I'll hear from the filmmaker in a few hours.

I had a lot of fun! I had to change outfits three times.......a requirement for the videos.

The coconut cream pie was my biggest concern. I improved the recipe out of A Taste of Guam as I have since learned to make a better meringue.....and a less fussy filling. It is soooo delish even my son and husband love it. Preparing it on camera was a pleasure and a relief..........hopefully the final video turns out well.
