Pastit Recipe or Guam Pumpkin Turnover





Who needs pumpkin pie when you can have pastit or Guam pumpkin turnover. Solid-pack pumpkin is used as the base for the filling, adding brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and vanilla to taste. If you use ORGANIC, canned pumpkin, it may come out more thin or watery compared to regular pumpkin in a can.
