This is an awesome blog. I just came back last week from spending 2 weeks on Guam. I had forgotten how good Chamorro food tasted especially with original ingredients (away from home we sometimes have to use 'substitute' ingredients) and just raided the island restaurants while there. This site now makes me long to be back home again. As they say in the military in compliment for a job well done, BRAVO ZULU!
ps. my website http://www.sarusal.com features a Chamorro music library of over 2k mp3 songs if anybody wants to drool over this site's food photos while listening to music from home...
I love flan, seems to be very good.
ReplyDeleteI invite you to visit me and know the local food of Cuba.

ReplyDeleteActually, it's a Spanish dish that's also served in Mexico and other Romantic countries. In France, it's known as Creme Brûlée.
