Rosku


You think you love pan-tosta dipped in coffee? Well, you will absolutely enjoy this Saipan treat! Rosku is a cross between a cookie, cake and bread. And it is so much easier to make rosku than it is to make pan-tosta. Check-out my rosku recipe for this treat that makes it to Guam only via a hand-carrying relative or by mail.
