Guam manha titiyas recipe

Manha titiyas is the bomb! The best ones are made with fresh young coconut and fresh coconut milk, TRUST ME!!!

My dad scooped 2 freezer gallon bags of manha and froze it so I could pack the bags in a cooler and take it on my merry way back to the states. I still have 1 bag and half of another bag in my freezer. I ended up thawing the whole bag out and refreezing the manha in 2 cup portions, just enough to make 2 batches of my manha titiyas recipe.
