BONELOS DAGO



Alright, so my pump n' run was a huge success!! I won FIRST PLACE....way cool and soooo much fun!! Then, there was the abs contest....a before and after pics competition.......I probably will not win.....but then again, my abs still look great and I had sooooooo much fun: hair, make-up, nails, photo shoot, dinner etc. See, I don't do all this on any given day, so Thurs. Nov. 20th was my day.

Now, I have not gotten to the pantosta recipe yet, but I did have some in my coffee this morning.......yumm!!!!

There is nothing like the taste and texture of bonelos dago. Talk about just in time for the holidays!!! And, while the dago (white yam) here in NC is different from the dago on Guam (red yam), it will do just fine.

I have some dago left...I'll peel it then freeze it.....and whenever I am up to eating a "pleasure for your lips, but a lifetime on your hip" type thing, I'll break it out and measure.

The dago though is quite watery and I think that even with measurements, you will have to definitely go more by how the batter feels, looks and drops from your hand. You will have it on the dvd when it comes out in the Remember Guam book.
